HolsterGuy.com guarantees all of our products against
defects in materials and craftsmanship for the reasonable
life of the product. If a claim is made and upon
our examination of the item in question, we determine
the defect or broken part is not the fault of the
product user, we will gladly exchange the defective
item at no charge to the customer. Each of our products
are intended for a specific use, claims for damage
or loss while using our products improperly with
other property or the product user shall not exceed
the cost of the original purchase price.

PRICING:
We strive to provide competitive and current prices
on our website. All sales are (USD), U.S. Dollars.
Because of various factors all prices are subject
to change without notice. HolsterGuy.com shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed at the incorrect price. You will have an
option to purchase your item(s) at the correct
price.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Domestic Shipping:
Currently we ship all packages via UPS, usually
within 5-7 days from receiving orders. Most orders
ship within 24 hours. If ship date is expected
to be longer we will send an email with updated
shipping information.
International Orders:
International orders are welcome, our system
requires all international customers to supply
us with a good ship to address and then request
shipping cost to address given. Once we have your
total costs for Product and shipping, we will
send a money request via PayPal. After payment
has been received we will ship UPS and email tracking
information. In the event UPS does not service
your area, we will ship USPS Global Priority Mail.
AVAILABILITY:
The availability information on our site is the
most current information we have. Since errors
do occasionally occur this information does not
constitute a guarantee of availability. If an
item you have ordered is not available for shipment
we will do our best to let you know in a timely
manner. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent
upon many factors, sometimes beyond our control,
and are subject to change.
SPECIAL
ORDERS:
Holsterguy.com has access to thousands of items,
we strive to bring a large assortment of items
to our customers. On occasion we are requested
to purchase items not available on our website.
We do so willingly to please our customers, but
it's agreed by both parties if you request a special
order item, and find out your not satisfied with
the product, Holsterguy.com is not obligated to
refund you on items purchased (all sales are final
on special order items).
ORDER
CHANGES:
If you would like to change an existing order
you may do so. It must be done before the item
has been shipped. You can do this by calling us
at 1-866-612-1961. Order changes sent via e-mail
may not be received and processed in time.
RETURNS:
Returns are gladly welcome. We realize that occasionally
online purchases need to be returned. Rest assured
your covered, simply call us within seven days
of receiving your order and let us know you're
sending it back. A minimum 15% restocking fee
applies to items being returned after 7 days,
(30 DAYS FINAL). We will process your refund as
soon as the items have been inspected, (what will
not be refunded is the shipping charges). If you
are exchanging for another item, Customer will
be responsible for new shipping charges. Note:
The item (s) being returned needs to be in new
condition with original packaging or refund will
not be granted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

it for you. If the order has been shipped we will
gladly accept a return, and a refund will be given
(minus shipping & handle charges incurred

CLAIMS:
All claims arising from completed deliveries,
shall not be refunded if the actual shipment has
reached it's destination address, and somehow
did not make it into the customers hands for reasons
of theft, mis-delivery or bad address. It is the
customers responsibility when ordering to make
proper delivery arrangements. Insurance &
Delivery confirmation services can be requested
before shipment has been processed if you believe
a safe delivery cannot be made at address given
to Holsterguy.com
